Prosper Wellness has a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. This means we will refund your product, if you aren't satisfied in the first 90 days after purchase. We want our customers to be happy!

OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your product and would like a refund, please do the following:

1. Email Barb@ProsperWellness.co or call us, toll free, at 1-800-304-7284 and we’ll refund the product for you. The refund will be typically be made immediately (while you're on the phone), but can take up to 24 hours via email. You should typically see the credit to your account within 1-4 days. You do not need to return the product to us.

2. After the 90-days have expired, we cannot guarantee that we will refund your product. 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our products ship the next business day after an order has been placed and typically arrive 3-5 days later. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
